Justice in the world?
Injustice?
Recent viewing of animated show, "Phantom 2040", an extension of the original hero comic strip series from 1936.

Due to injustices in the world, people rise up in protest.

Justice itself relates to the dignity of human beings. What is this dignity? Human dignity is summed up in this one sentence:
Genesis 1:
27 So God created mankind in his own image; in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

There is also a subtle intonation here:
Genesis 2:
7 Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living being.

Why doesn't the Bible say God breathed the "breath of life" into each of the animals He formed?
Mankind from God did not just come to life physically, but also came to life spiritually.

Webster's 9th Collegiate dictionary says,
spirit 1 : an animating or vital principle held to give life to physical organisms 2 : a supernatural being or essence: as a : HOLY SPIRIT b : SOUL
4 : the immaterial intelligent or sentient part of a person

Now, the definitions of spirit can become confusing when also viewing these from Webster:
2 c : an often malevolent being that is bodiless but can become visible : GHOST d : a malevolent being that enters and possesses a human being 3 : temper or disposition of mind or outlook esp.when vigorous or animated

Here is another bit of wisdom, which happens to assist in this potential confusion:
1 John 4 (NIV):
1 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
2 This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that

COUNTERPOINTS:
C1) Jeremiah? Micah??
go and be a deceiving spirit

C2) demons sent into pigs, claiming of Jesus, ~what have we to do with You, Son of the most High? Are you here to torture us before the time?

Back to injustice:
Look in the world and see, how often and in how many varied ways are injustices occurring?

Yet people often think to themselves, "I'm a good person," yet without fully considering what "good" really is.

Passages to consider, from Jesus:
Why do you call Me good?...

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more...

A call to unusual action:
It is written, "My house shall be a house of prayer,"
As we partner with God through Jesus Christ, under His leadership, we can become less of the problem of injustice and more of the solution!
